IMS mission is to provide advice and support for

• Scientific and Research Grant finding, proposals presentation, project management and reporting
  
• Planning and management of Observational and Interventional Clinical Studies
  
• Planning and managing Innovative Healthcare Solutions
  

In each sector, we aim:

• to concentrate upon the productive process, in order to focus the resources engaged to define its characteristics, hazards and limitations. The ultimate goal being to define the upgrade to be introduced, with the support of researchers, clinicians and managers;
  
• to improve managerial skill and accountability in scientists and/or clinicians in the management of Research and/or Clinical Units, matching needs and obligations between scientists, clinicians and managers, with the final aim of creating an efficient and effective system;
  
• to materially support the change, filling in the gap between the theoretical elaboration and its factual accomplishment, always focusing on the workflow (may it be clinical, research or management);
  
• provide managerial support to research activities (that stem per se from any good clinical process), and steering the results translation.
